The Rates are as follows:

For the entire house for up to 8 people for 7 days - $3150
For each additional person / per day - $35

Long Term Rentals will also be considered

A 50% deposit is required to secure the reservation.

The balance is due no later than 15 days before check-in.

Cancelatons must be made no later than 60 days before the reserved check-in.
